Fabric Policy:
» Consumption Pattern:
Fabric wastage is charged at the rate of 20% in all kind of fabrics.
» In case Digitex India Inc.'s fabric is used:
Whenever our fabric is used for printing, we shall in no case take replacement of fabrics
The price list of our fabrics is available on request.
When even customer's fabric is used for sampling or production.
Fabric wastage in normal course shall be upto 20% for all orders above 20 meters. In case of smaller orders it varies from case to case; usually varies between 20%-40%; this wastage is due to padding, color testing, machine malfunctioning and sampling runs.

Payment Terms:
We do not start any printing job until and unless a formal Purchase order is received with all details clearly mentioned. In case our fabric is to be used for printing, we shall be collecting cheque against the fabric cost before starting the print.

Even if the fabric is damaged during printing or it has defect (color variation, fading etc) customer shall be charged atleast for the fabric. Also customer must return the fabric back to us in case they are not satisfied with the printing job and the customer wants the amount to be refunded.

We send the invoice before delivery of goods. The cheque must be handed over to us against delivery of goods. We shall try our best to provide you with door delivery. However, it may not be possible on few occasions.
» Padding and Washing Charges:
We charge a negligible amount as padding and washing charges in case customer's fabric is retuned without printing. The charges vary from fabric base to fabric base.
» Complaints:
No shortage or defect complaints shall be entertained after 24 hrs of delivery.
